We strive to provide good quality products and guarantee 100% customer satisfaction to all our customers. Senthmetic offers 90 days return and exchange for all products.


From the day you receive your order, you have 90 days to return your item. Log into your account and click on the "Returns & Exchanges" tab and fill out the return form. If you do not have an account, go to our Return Center or Email Us, our team will be of service immediately.

    Once we receive your return request, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your items.  Please make sure that the returned item is "sellable condition"(see below), otherwise we cannot issue an exchange or refund for you.  

    • Please go to our Return Center or Contact Us and describe the problems with the items you would like to return.
    • Package your items carefully and mail them through your local post office to ensure they will arrive safely.
    • We will process the return or exchange as soon as we receive your package.

    *Once your refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. We do not return any customs fees or VAT or any return shipping costs that may arise from the refund process. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used to purchase the order.

    We authorize a FREE return for the following types of situations:

    • 90 days from the delivery date in a new condition with no visible wear. 
    • The product you purchased is completely inoperable.
    • Manufacture defects: poor quality, product defects, rip or torn.
    • Wrong/missing item from the package.

      However, we do not cover the return shipping fee in the following situations:

      • Wrong size/color ordered
      • Changed mind/Item no longer wanted
      • Accident damage/Improper care/Normal wear and tear
      • Degradation of colors and materials through exposure to sunlight
      • Returns/Exchanges of products in contact with water are not accepted


      If you need to start an exchange, follow the same instructions as you would return the item and choose "exchange" when filling out the return form. We will ship the replacement once the returned item is received. You will receive a confirmation email

      *The buyer has to pay for the return if it’s not covered by our guarantee against manufacturer defects and not the supplier.

      *Please note that refunds can be paid back 3-5 business days in your account, please submit a ticket in our Support Center.



        • Please contact us before applying for a refund or exchange. Any return or exchange without a return shipping label WILL NOT be confirmed or refunded.
        • The returned item should be unworn (aside from trying it on), unwashed, devoid of any stains, scuffs, tears, or mysterious smells, and needs to be in its original packaging with the manufacturer tags.
        • To expedite the return process, please upload a photo to show that the return item is intact with its original packaging and tags. You can upload the photos after you fill in your order number and email address at Return Center.
