Q&A:
1. How long do insoles last?
Generally, insoles last about a year, depending on use and wear. Your insoles may need to be replaced sooner if they're flattening or peeling, if they have holes in them, or if they look generally worn out.
2. What type of shoes it fits to?
Senthmetic insoles fit most of the footwear, except dress and heel shoes.
3. When I can feel the effect?
You can feel the effect after the first week, in case you wear the insoles regularly. However, we strongly recommend starting with 2-3 hours per day, so your feet can get used to arch support. Then increase the time every day.
4. How do you clean them? Can you put them in washing machine?
Spot clean with a mild detergent. Not machine-wash.
5. How do I make them squeak less?
Squeaking noises can happen when the shoe is a little large or there is friction between the insoles and the shoe material. Pls make sure they are cut to a tight fit or you can put some powder or a dryer sheet in your shoe under your insert.
